Who we are
Ljómi Systems is a UK-based technology company and is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
What we collect
We collect personal data in one place only: the contact form. When you submit it, we receive the information you typed into it.

- The enquiry type you selected
- The content of your message
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. There is no account system, so there is nothing to sign up for and no profile held about you.
Why we collect it, and on what basis
We use what you send us to read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: you contacted us asking for a response, and handling that correspondence is the reason the data exists.
Who processes it
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, an email delivery provider acting as our processor. Your message passes through their systems in order to reach our inbox.
This site is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which processes standard server request data as part of serving pages to you.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry is held in our email as ordinary correspondence. We keep it for as long as it is useful to the conversation it belongs to, and delete it when it no longer is. We do not store contact form submissions in a database.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we are using it, and to ask us to restrict its use. You can exercise any of these by emailing [TODO: CONTACT_EMAIL].
